So this is it. This is my second attempt at starting a blog; my previous attempt was nominally successful, but ultimately put to rest when I decided I didn't want to "think in blog" all day (i.e. "What am I going to blog about today? Wow, I should blog about that. Should I blog about this? This would make a good blog!" etc). Also, I'm a writer and editor by vocation, and after writing and editing all day, sometimes you just can't muster up the strength to write another...single...word.
But, I keep coming across topics I'd like to discuss, and since I'm pretty damn allergic to the phone (ask anyone I know), I need an outlet to vent and/or share through.
Hence, this blog is born.
And all I wanted to talk about was the great re-discovery of Zhané and her fabulous song "Sending My Love." I stumbled across this little morsel the other day when I was traipsing through iTunes. The song reminds me of the wonder SWV ladies. What a trio. It also makes me smell Exclamation perfume. Ahhh, memories.
